TwinVQ (Transform-domain Weighted Interleave Vector Quantization)
Music compression technology, mainly based on vector quantization, that has been developed at the NTT Human Interface Laboratories in Japan. It has been incorporated, along with AAC, into the MPEG-4 specification .
